Working position

I work from a position of distrust toward images that feel overly resolved. I am not interested in cleanliness or in a closed form of beauty that eliminates friction. I am drawn instead to what remains unstable, incomplete, not fully fixed.

Distance is not a dogma; it is a situated decision. I work with distance and with proximity according to what each situation allows. The image does not seek to demonstrate anything: it remains as a trace of coexistence, camera and world present at the same time.

Perfection is a political capitulation.
